Next Crate Master Tim takes us through how to set up workflow listeners to run additional actions after your workflows have completed. Finally, Ashley from our CX Team makes her workflow debut to show off a workflow that will create Discord users and channels for our new customers. As usual, Nick takes us through some new functionality from the Dev Team starting with showing off some new webhook functionality in the form of a Rewsty Bot that you can ask questions to.

Next we hear from Jareth on the power of Rewst outside of just MSP applications as he takes us through his workflow that uses public APIs to check for Steam deals. After that Tim shows off a great example of templates.

After that we hear from Mendy at Rising Tide Consulting Group on how he's used HTML templates and Rewst forms to embed our forms into Halo PSA's customer facing portal. Finally, we answer a number of your questions!

This week Nick starts us off with an update from the Dev Team and what's been released this week, focusing on some bug bashing and giving an update on the upcoming Auvik integration. Next, Tim from the ROC Team demos some of the finer details of triggers and how to leverage a few tips and tricks in your workflows.

Allen from the Dev Team started off with a recap of what's new in the platform this week, covering the new Azure integration, await results from webhooks and a few other quality of life items. He demo's the new functionality for favouriting actions to help builders save time finding their favourite actions and getting them into their workflows. We also hear from Willis from our Dev Team shows off our OpenAI integration demoing an example use case of feeding a prompt through the integration to create an AI generated image.

Next Brent from Cloud-Cover shows off a workflow he built to complete Exchange actions through a form rather than requiring technicians to use powershell to complete those actions. Then he goes through another workflow to check through users who have been inactive for a certain time period to ensure they're not paying for unneeded licenses.

Our final demo for the week comes from Matthew at Expedient who created a PTO workflow for matching CW Manage and Outlook calendars for employees submitting out of office requests.

The team runs through how to utilise Jinja within scripts and templates to define how an e-mail may look, or the route a script can take based on the Jinja

This can be used to pass dynamic variables into your script and, for example, only show "Group Names" as a header if there are groups defined.
